Dog Treats Mean Never Having to Say Your Hungry...

Hello!
Frax had an amazing day! We were cleaning beside our couch, and lo and behold...an unopened pristine box of mbdb's! (Milk Bone Dog Biscuits!) Frax commenced to do the happy dance, offering quite unselfishly on his part to taste test, making sure they were of good quality!
He is the original chow hound. You can set your watch by him. When 9am and 5pm roll around he will sit and stare with that expectant look like in this picture...until he is fed.
Frax would eat constantly if we let him. It's really important to keep him within a five pound wt range, because if we let him get heavy it would shorten his working life, and predispose him to arthritis. We give him green beans in his meals when he feels especially hungry. He loves carrots too. If I have a bag of baby carrots, I better get my mind right that Frax will be included in the snack. He really loves the crunchiness of them. This makes him feel like he is really getting goodies, but little does he know they are good for him!
His weight can be from 67lb to 77lb. We try to keep him at the weight he came home at: 72lb. Yup, my big boy! Later...
