Dog Tired!

Hello!

Hard to believe it's nearly the end of May and beginning of June. Lots of fun things coming up...birthdays, swimming, bar-barbeques, Independence Day and in Knoxville at the end of the summer has Boomsday! One of the largest displays of fireworks in the Southeast. It's viewed just as nicely over the television as by standing in the throng...our recommendation is get out the munchies and watch it at home!

I love summer, but the summer heat really gets me. I normally do anything to do with shopping in the cool of the morning, or late in the day when things start to cool off. I tempted tonight to do some trimming in the front, but I'm really pooped out.

Bill and I and Frax went to the dentist, where Frax was a great hit, but couldn't seem to find a place to lie down, where he wasn't in the way (big dog small room syndrome). Despite that he did very nicely and the dentist and nurses liked him alot. That's always a good sign...and Frax liked them too...which weights things even more in my book!

Jack (my brother who also has MS) came and took me for my late day MRI. It was a great help to us, since Bill worked evenings tonight. The test took forever. I have no idea why. Jack walked Frax around and let him pee and he said Frax was a gentleman while they waited on me to finish the MRI. He even had a few little mbdb's left in his pocket!

Jack and I were ravenous by the time we got out of the hospital, and tucked in at a local Italian Restaurant. It was delicious! After checking under the table for any dropped goodies, Frax got comfortable under the table and he went to sleep. Generally he doesn't like to go under tables because he is so big, but in this case there was plenty of room, and he snoozed comfortably after several mbdbs, while Jack and I caught up.

Jack just called to let me know he got home in good shape. Frax is already power-sleeping at the end of the bed! Bill will be off of work in just a few minutes...so...goodnight for now and see you...
